EcoQrCard is a business platform that brings a company's digital communication tools together in one place. Employee business cards, QR codes, email signatures, surveys, the company directory and user management are not separate tools: they are modules fed by the same data source. When an employee's job title is updated on their business card, their QR card, their address book entry and their email signature in EcoQrCard all show the current details.

• Digital business card: A QR code business card for every employee that opens in 5 languages and updates instantly. Company details, social media and catalog links are added to all cards centrally, and scans are measured with statistics.
• QR code generator: Static and dynamic QR codes with your company logo, in more than 25 types including website, Wi-Fi, PDF, restaurant menu, coupon and event, with scan statistics for dynamic codes.
• Company email signature: Multilingual signatures with a QR code, designed by the administrator and filled in automatically from each employee's business card. Compatible with Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail.
• Online survey system: More than 650 ready-made templates, a drag-and-drop builder and conditional logic; distribution by link, QR code and email invitation, plus reports with charts.
• Company address book: An employee directory built automatically from business cards, controlled by visibility groups and shareable across group companies.

Administration and infrastructure#

The company administrator adds users one by one or in bulk via Excel and sets roles and permissions. Survey invitations are sent from the company's own email account (SMTP). In holdings and corporate groups, an authorized administrator can switch between companies and manage several of them from a single account. The interface is available in Turkish, English, Azerbaijani, Russian and German, and the platform also works as a mobile app on phones. All access is SSL-encrypted and secure. Registered users can also sign in with their Google or Microsoft accounts.
